We celebrated Respite Care’s 2025 Annual Gala — an unforgettable evening of compassion and generosity as San Antonio’s community came together to uplift children with special needs and complex medical conditions, and their families.

The night was filled with joy, connection, and community spirit. From the first toast to the final auction paddle, every moment helped shine a light on the children and families served by Respite Care.

Prizes with a Purpose

This year’s silent auction was bigger and better than ever! Guests found the perfect gifts, special treats, and stylish ways to give back — all while supporting children and families at Respite Care.

We were also thrilled to introduce an exciting raffle that combined incredible prizes with meaningful impact for our community. Participants purchased raffle tickets for the chance to win a pair of Kelly Wade Jewelers earrings valued at $7,340 or $1,000 in H-E-B gift cards.

Your donation supports the only licensed 24/7 residential home in Texas dedicated to children with special needs and complex medical conditions, while also funding respite programs and developmental childcare with nursing care.
