Paid Time Off
Team members receive over 30 days of paid time off in their first year, including vacation, sick leave, personal days, and paid holidays.

RCSA offer a retirement plan with up to a 3% employer match in yearly contributions.
Life Insurance Plan
A $15,000 life insurance policy is provided at no cost to full-time team members, beginning the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.

Team members receive a 50% discount on services provided through our Developmental Childcare Program.
Education Assistance
Team members are eligible for up to $800 in annual reimbursement for approved courses, with satisfactory performance.
