Your Support Changes Lives

Giving to Respite Care of San Antonio (RCSA) is simple and secure, and every contribution makes a lasting difference.

Your generosity helps children with special needs grow, thrive, and reach their full potential. It provides relief to families through respite programs that reduce stress and strengthen bonds.

In addition, your gift brings healing and hope to children with medical and special needs who have experienced abuse or neglect.

We have several simple giving options that can turn your wish for these special children into a gift that helps develop young minds and strengthen local families.

Leave a Legacy

Nonprofit organizations like Respite Care of San Antonio benefit greatly from gifts left through wills and estates. If you’ve considered this—or would like to explore it—here are ten ways to create a lasting legacy and make a difference for years to come:

  1. Prepare a will to intentionally determine your legacy.
  2. Evaluate your finances and define your charitable goals.
  3. Consult a professional (attorney, accountant, or adviser) about tax-friendly options.
  4. Choose organizations that have made a difference in your life and leave them a gift.
  5. Reach out to charities to learn about legacy giving opportunities.
  6. Designate a percentage or dollar amount of your estate in your will.
  7. Consider non-cash assets such as real estate, vehicles, jewelry, or art.
  8. Name a charity as a beneficiary of your IRA, pension, or life insurance policy.
  9. Honor loved ones with a memorial gift.
  10. Encourage family and friends to include charitable gifts in their wills.
